I provide 30 mins initial free consultation for new clients. Click on Request Appointment to schedule your initial session.
Payment is due at the time of rendering services before the therapy session. Cash, check, or online payment via the client portal are acceptable payment methods.
I am able to bill for Providence, Pacific Source, and Oregon OHP Insurance plans. I also see clients who prefer to pay out of pocket.
Out-of-network benefits are needed in your plan for out-of-network billing to be possible. Please contact your plan administrator for more information. I will complete any forms and provide you with whatever assistance I can in helping you receive the benefits to which you are entitled; however, you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full payment of my fees. It is very important that you find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers.
